This project required the development of a system to manage the allocation and distribution of the company’s dividends, and to track all share transactions and transfers. It included automatic cheque printing, direct credit text file creation, IR15 and IR67 text file creation for electronic RWT and NRWT submissions and all the special tax reports required for a company acting as a Maori Trust. It also included all trustee, proxy, and postal voting requirements for AGM voting.
